At Gage, we believe in doing more than filling roles—we’re here to create real opportunities. Beginning in 2017, we’ve partnered with Reading High School, Pennsylvania’s largest high school, to launch the Gage High School Career Program, an initiative focused on helping students find local jobs, gain hands-on experience, and build skills that last.

It’s one way we try to give back to our community and support the future of the workforce. We’re proud that this program has been nationally recognized with the 2024 American Staffing Association Elevate Award, but the real reward is seeing students gain confidence, grow, and take their first steps toward meaningful careers.
