A Note from our CEO

Gage Talent & Business Solutions was built with a purpose and a belief in people.

In 1985, my grandmother started this business at the age of 65, proving that it’s never too late to follow your passion and purpose.  And she started it with one goal – to be a part of creating opportunities for others. 

As my parents grew our business as the next generation, they stepped in with continued purpose and meaningful connections, bringing a deep sense of commitment to community and to people.

Today, I am proud to carry that legacy forward as the third generation in a family-owned business. Through my passion for helping people and building a stronger community, it’s an honor to continue to be a part of something bigger than just our business. It’s how we show up and serve businesses, candidates and our community while staying true to who we are as a people-first business.

Gwen (O’Reilly) Gage joins the business, supporting her mother-in-law and contributing to our company’s early success.

The Second Generation Steps In

Bill Gage joins the family business, becoming the second generation to carry forward the Gage mission.

A Movement is Born

Bill Gage launches Blue Jeans for Babies in partnership with the March of Dimes—a grassroots fundraiser that quickly grows into a national event, driven by the passion and dedication of Bill and Gwen Gage.

Community Choice, Year After Year

Gage earns its first People’s Choice Award from Berks County Living Magazine—an honor the company proudly continues to receive for over two decades.

A New Era of Leadership

Kristi Gage-Linderman, representing the third generation, joins Gage full-time—ushering in a new era of innovation and growth.

A New Home for Growth

Gage opens its new corporate headquarters in the heart of booming West Reading, PA—planting deeper roots in the community and paving the way for future expansion. The campus was thoughtfully designed as a sanctuary for all, featuring lush grounds with fountains, a floral walking path, and a community book box to inspire connection and reflection.

Breaking Barriers

Kristi joins the Gage Leadership Team. In the same year, Gage becomes a certified Woman-Owned Business (WBENC)—a proud milestone in the company’s evolution.
