A Note from our CEO
Gage was built with a purpose and a belief in people. My grandmother started our business at the age of 65, proving that it’s never too late to follow your passion and purpose.
In the second generation, my parents stepped into the business with continued purpose and meaningful connections, bringing a deep sense of commitment to community and to people.
Today, I am proud to carry that legacy forward as the third generation of leadership. It is my promise to always put people first, while innovation and connection remain at the heart of everything we do.

Donna Gage opens our doors, laying the foundation for a company built on connection, care, and community.
A Family Vision Grows: Second Generation of Leadership
The second generation steps in as Gwen (O’Reilly) Gage joins the business, supporting her mother-in-law and contributing to our company’s early success. Bill Gage joins the business officially full time in 1990.
The Third Generation Joins Gage Full TIme
Kristi Gage-Linderman joins the company full time in 2008, while also having served in multiple part time roles in recruitment, onsite management, human resources, risk and safety and more.
Gage becomes WBENC Certified
Gage becomes a certified Woman-Owned Business (WBENC)—a proud milestone in the company’s evolution.
