At Gage Talent & Business Solutions, community is not a side initiative. It is part of who we are and how we lead.
This past year, we were proud to share $30,000 in EITC Tax Credit and Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) support with local organizations doing meaningful, life-changing work across Berks County.
These contributions were directed to:
- Reading Hospital Foundation
- RACC Foundation
- Reading Education Foundation
- Wyomissing Area Education Foundation
- Berks Business Education Coalition Foundation
- SAFE Berks
Each of these organizations plays a vital role in strengthening education, healthcare access, workforce development, and personal safety. Their work supports students and educators, expands career pathways, and provides critical resources for individuals and families. This is impact that reaches far beyond today and helps shape the future of our community.
Programs like EITC and NAP are especially powerful because they give businesses, both large and small, a tangible way to reinvest where they live and work. These programs support training, education, workforce readiness, and services that improve lives, while also aligning business success with long-term community growth.
We encourage other local businesses to explore how they can participate. You do not need to be a large corporation to make a meaningful difference. When businesses come together to support education, skill-building, and essential services, we strengthen our talent pipeline, support healthier families, and build a more resilient community for everyone.
We are grateful for the opportunity to support these organizations and inspired by the work they do every day. Strong communities do not happen by accident. They are built through intention, partnership, and shared responsibility.
We are proud to be one of the many businesses in our community investing in what matters most: our future. If you’re a local business interested in supporting education, workforce training, and community growth while benefiting from state tax credits, we encourage you to learn more about Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP). The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development has full program details and application information here: https://dced.pa.gov/programs/educational-improvement-tax-credit-program-eitc/ (EITC) and https://dced.pa.gov/programs/neighborhood-assistance-program-nap/ (NAP).
